After more than 20 years as a dedicated long-distance runner, Sue turned to yoga in 2010 to help heal her body from the wear and tear of training. What started as a way to manage injuries soon became something much more profound — a practice that gave her strength, stability, and confidence in movement that running never could.

 

Now, Sue brings that same passion and experience to her yoga classes, designed for real people who want to move better, feel better, and live better — no matter their age or ability.
